THIS IS YOUR CHANCE.Felicia delivered an excellent course that was both engaging and easy to follow. Her calm and approachable style made it easy to stay focused, absorb the material, and truly enjoy each topic being presented. She has a way of explaining concepts that makes them feel clear and applicable, without becoming overly technical or confusing. The activities felt meaningful and impactful, largely due to her delivery and the environment she created. There were many different elements throughout the session that I plan to apply to my game moving forward, as well as revisit and refine within my current processes. Overall, Felicia made the course both insightful and enjoyable, bringing an energy to each topic that kept it engaging from start to finish.
— CHRISTINE J.
Where to start? I have always struggled with bad shots leading to very negative feelings, which can take over my game. While I don't think these thoughts will ever be completely eradicated, Felicia has really helped me in dealing with them before they completely take over. Nothing complicated, just the process of a specific breathing pattern incorporated into the pre shot routine has really helped. It had the knock on effect of pretty much eliminating distractions on the lanes as I've become more focused.
— RICK R.
This is a great next level type of course. Like a bowling mindset 301 college course. While there are some basics, this is really applicable for the competitive bowler more than the one night a week league bowler. There is immense value in the course as it gives the person taking it a mental toolbox to turn to when things aren’t going well or you need to help yourself back into a flow state. There are tools for dealing with bad shots as well as tools for not getting to high and loosing focus when things are going well.
— JOE J.
You can do as much with your physical game but without a strong mental game you won't be able to take it to the next level if that is what you desire.
— BRIAN B.

HI! I’M FELICIAI’ve been bowling since I was four years old. From youth bowling to competing for four years at Wichita State University, representing Team Canada for 16 years, and competing on the Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour for the past five seasons, bowling has been a huge part of my life.
But my journey hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows.
After years of competing on Team Canada without achieving the success I wanted, I had to take a long, hard look at why I was bowling in the first place.
Bowling was something I chose to do, yet I had put so much pressure on myself that my self-worth became deeply tied to my performance. The sport I once loved wasn’t fun anymore.
Over time, and after a lot of soul-searching, I reconnected with my why. I rediscovered my love for bowling and, along the way, developed a passion for helping others be their best selves on the lanes.
Through my journey, I learned something important: focusing on winning alone doesn’t lead to our best performances. This seems so obvious, and yet in the moment, when we want to win, we can let this take over.
We can want to win while also learning to trust ourselves, stay present, and respond to challenges without letting every shot or result define us. There’s another way to approach competition, one that allows us to perform with greater freedom and find more enjoyment in the process.
Drawing on the lessons I’ve learned from my coaches, sports psychologists, and my own experience, I want to help you strengthen your mental game, pursue your biggest goals, and rediscover the joy of competing.
Because it doesn’t have to feel like a constant battle. You can learn to navigate the tough moments, trust your game when the pressure is on, and experience more of those moments when everything clicks.
I’ve experienced the highs and lows of this sport firsthand. Now, I want to help you show up as your best self more often, not just when things are going well, but when it matters most.
FRAME OF MIND
Starts November 12th, 2026
-
This course is for bowlers who want to strengthen their mental game and feel more confident, focused, and in control on the lanes. Whether you struggle with frustration after bad shots, overthinking, performance anxiety, or simply want to compete more consistently, this course will help you develop a healthier and more intentional approach to competition.
-
This work will complement the work you’re doing with another coach. This course is here to build a strong foundation for your mental game and give you the structure you need to bowl more consistently.
-
Some of the techniques will make a difference right away, whereas other areas of reflection and techniques may take longer to integrate as you rewire and upgrade thought processes.
-
Your mental game is one part of bowling and a big factor in overall performance. Developing your mental game helps you make better decisions, recover more effectively from mistakes, and stay focused on what you can control.
This course gives you tools and practices to help you approach competition with greater confidence, resilience, and consistency.
-
The four live calls will be approximately one hour each and will take place on Thursday and Sunday evenings. Most of the material and workbook exercises will be covered during these calls, and you will want to start applying these concepts to your practices and leagues.
If you have league during some of the calls or cannot attend live, all calls will be recorded, and you will have lifetime access to the material.
-
The content can be appropriate for youth bowlers, but due to the reflection and depth of the material, it would be best for bowlers aged 15 years or older.
While these tools and practices may be good for parents to know, it may be difficult for parents to relay the concepts to their children if the children are not in direct attendance.
-
This course takes a structured approach to the mental game with a proven process from my own career and through coaching others.
The framework combines experiences from my own career with techniques and tools I have learned from coaches, sports psychologists, and even through yoga to support your overall performance and enjoyment of the sport.
