Felicia delivered an excellent course that was both engaging and easy to follow. Her calm and approachable style made it easy to stay focused, absorb the material, and truly enjoy each topic being presented. She has a way of explaining concepts that makes them feel clear and applicable, without becoming overly technical or confusing. The activities felt meaningful and impactful, largely due to her delivery and the environment she created. There were many different elements throughout the session that I plan to apply to my game moving forward, as well as revisit and refine within my current processes. Overall, Felicia made the course both insightful and enjoyable, bringing an energy to each topic that kept it engaging from start to finish.

— CHRISTINE J.

This is a great next level type of course. Like a bowling mindset 301 college course. While there are some basics, this is really applicable for the competitive bowler more than the one night a week league bowler. There is immense value in the course as it gives the person taking it a mental toolbox to turn to when things aren’t going well or you need to help yourself back into a flow state. There are tools for dealing with bad shots as well as tools for not getting too high and losing focus when things are going well.

— JOE J.

Where to start? I have always struggled with bad shots leading to very negative feelings, which can take over my game. While I don't think these thoughts will ever be completely eradicated, Felicia has really helped me in dealing with them before they completely take over. Nothing complicated, just the process of a specific breathing pattern incorporated into the pre shot routine has really helped. It had the knock on effect of pretty much eliminating distractions on the lanes as I've become more focused.

— RICK R.

You can do as much with your physical game but without a strong mental game you won't be able to take it to the next level if that is what you desire.

— BRIAN B.

I’ve been bowling since I was four years old, and it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. Bowling is one of the most humbling and rewarding things I have done in my life. To throw that perfect shot and see the ball do exactly what you intended and hear the sound of the ball knocking down all ten pins is like nothing else. And yet, there are times when it can get the best of me and make me feel like I’m the worst bowler in the world.

A bit dramatic, yes? Even though I know that, I’ve still felt it.

About 8 years ago now, I made a switch. I realized I get to decide how I want to experience bowling. I took a deep dive into why I bowled and what I wanted. I looked at the self-talk, the things that held me back, even subconsciously, and I’ve worked hard at upgrading those patterns and thoughts ever since.

I have been on Team Canada for 16 years, and have been bowling full time on the Professional Women’s Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour for five seasons. During that time, I have won numerous international medals and made three PWBA finals!

It has been a wild ride, and I want to share my learnings with you, so you can spare yourself some of the heartache and missteps I experienced.

This two-week mental game course is here to give you the structures and foundations your mental game has been longing for.

Hi! I’m Felicia

WHY IS THIS MENTAL GAME COURSE DIFFERENT?

You’re not broken.

You’ve worked on your physical game ad nauseam; you’ve worked with multiple coaches, and you’ve spent time on the lanes. That isn’t what’s holding you back.

Some of the fixes you’re seeking are just slight tweaks to what you already have in place. With awareness and intention, you can put structures in place that will help you achieve what you want more often and get you closer to how you perform in practice.

Let your mind and brain work for you, not against you.

You already have everything you need; it’s just about how to unlock it and use it in a way that helps you.
